Quick question : When should I flip ?

Started 10 plants
2 Pineapple Haze 1/6/17 , HT: 9"
2 Strawberry Kush 1/6/17, HT:8"
1 White Widow 1/6/17, HT:8"
2 White Widow (12/27/16) HT before LST 10"
2 BB Autos (1/6/17) HT: 14"
1 White Widow currently in ER from nit Tox
Soil: ph 5.8
Watered ph 6.0
Haven't been giving nutes last week just water because I over fed one plant and figured the others might suffer the same watery/over fed grave .
Check soil 1 tbs in water and mixed ; meter PPM of 617
I guess that's it . Should I flip ?

Lots of info. I'm fairly new to growing, and my experience is limited to one strain at a time. I have a very limited grow area, and only one light. My two current girls are of the same strain but one takes after Mom and the other after Dad which has made me reconsider my next veg time and my grow space configuration. I had to choose either leave one plant in an extra week or two or flip one a week or two early. So to answer your question, it depends if you are looking for earlier returns or max production. Your grow and plants look great. Keep up the good work.
