Newbie Question - First Timer

I recently started my first shindig and I was wondering if I had any suggestions from you guys on watering schedules, I've gotten my first germinated seeds down in the soil (using promix) and now I'm scared of like over-watering or under-watering. If any of you guys are knowledgeable enough to help me out and provide insight like I know you are I'd be very appreciative.

essentially; how frequently should I be watering my seed(lings? I don't know the terms), they have taproots and I'm waiting on it to sprout.
