Auto flower strain - First time grower - Tips?

Hello,

First time growing, would like to know of what you guys think of my plants and if you have any tips on what i should be doing.

Using cfls & 2 t8 bulbs, promix soil & havent used any nutes yet. On about week 4 now. Link for video of plants below !

They aren't looking too bad. You can now lightly at 1/4 strength start to feed your plants nutes

So if it says add 1-2 tablespoons/gal should i only add .25tbsp or .50tbsp?
