Not sure what's going on

Hi Everyone I'm new here. I live in MA and am currently doing my first indoor grow and have encountered a few issues I had some bugs which I think are all gone but now the upper leaves appear to be shriveling up. I have had issues with keeping the temp in the tent steady and when I sprayed everything down it did seem quite a bit more humid in the tent. I am at a bit of a loss for what is going on . I am including a couple pics if any one knows what might be up I would very much appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

Ok, are the leaves dry?
Could be bugspray + lights
Or just lights being too close

I did spray and then let them sit in the light. So it may have burnt the leaves I have burnt tips on some of the lower leaves. I used Bonide Insecticidal Soap. I have a younger plant that is not as tall and the top leaves have done the same thing so I don't think its my light height

If sprayed when the lights on that could be problem burnt leaves

yeah that makes sense the new growth at the tops would have been the most fragile , that sounds like the most likely cause. Thanks for the help.
