What's up everyone.
I have only recently become an advocate of cannabis. Like most, I was unaware of the medicinal value of the plant. That was until I was seriously injured and soon discovered that the “top doctors” were quick to surrender and simply prescribe a bunch of pain killers. I’m sure you can imagine what happened from there. A year later, I decided to take classes at Oaksterdam to learn more about the plant. I have a lot to learn, but it's an exciting time for cannabis.
Also, this seems to be the #1 online resource for the community. Anyone recommend another site, Quora, subreddit, etc?
Anyways, here's my first tent setup and question below.
SOIL GROW
Strain - SFV OG Clone
# of Plants - 3
Grow Type - Soil
Grow Stage - Vegetative
Bucket Size - 1 Gallon
Lights - (1) 400 Watt MH
Nutrients - Fox Farm Grow Big
Medium - Happy Frog Potting Soil
PPM - N/A
PH - N/A
RH - 33% to 56%
Room Temperature - 73 to 85
Solution Temperature - N/A
Room Square Footage - VIVOSUN 4x2x5 Tent
Pests - None Known
Problem: The guy at dispensary said to top off the plant asap and flower after 10 days. I'm on day 14, but have made several dumbass beginner mistakes. Should I flower sooner rather than later?

Mistakes:
- Left rockwool wrapper on for 3 days then cut off. Had to expose roots for a short amount of time.
- Originally transplanted clones into 3 gallon fabric pots, but put them back into 1 gallon pots after 5 days.
- Heat wave temperatures (90 in tent) for 3 days during first week.
