Odd question about earthworms

Why is it no one uses live earthworms in their indoor grow?

I'd think they'd be great for lots of reasons, but haven't heard or read about anyone doing it, would love to know why.

U know thats a damn good question and im not sure why people havnt tried it.If I had a bigger room to grow in I would give it a try. Also I dont know much about worms so I would have to do some research before I were to try it.U should test it out if u can.

I tried it. They always end up dying. Maybe soil drenches and sprays have an affect as well or the fact that cannabis likes dry soil b4 watering.

Well im glad you gave it a try. It sucks they died, but its all about trial and error.

What kind of sprays did you use?

My last grow I never had to drench the soil, just kept it relatively moist but on the dry side.

If thats the only reason, maybe I'll try it in one of my buckets. I guess the worst thing that can happen is the worms die, I should try it out!

Honestly I can't say they always end up dying but I broke up many root balls and they were never again seen. I don't know what they do, I can only speculate,lol.

Im using some now in a few of my plants. They are lookin great so far. My girlfriend just dug some up from her backyard garden and gave em to me. You only need a few per pot. Hope you guys try it out and gain success
