Ok I’m sitting down: please tell me what is on my first outdoor grow?

Of course I am two weeks or maybe less to harvest. So being too excited, I harvested some lower branches, while preparing these I notice a little pin point black dot moving? What do I do? BTW. Thank you all for holding my hand through this grow?
