only allowed 7 plants. can i make them larger by grafting?

my hubby and one friend is on legal marijuana. this is not enough, so they grew more and we got caught. i suggested grafting from baby plants to make one larger plant out of several smaller ones. is this possible? have any of you done this?

Even if you could do that, I highly doubt it will be yielding more than a normal plant. Why couldn't you just grow larger plants?

You can still keep it at 7 plants with LST, Topping, Fimming, ScrnOG, and veg a bit longer you should get high yield more so than if you have 14 plants just growing straight up.
