Outdoor grow but possible game cams

I'm thinking about doing my first outdoor grow in a long time. With a few(5-7 I think) good plants I could have a year's supply for myself and a friend. We have about 100 acres available to us however we have a family friend watching over our land as its quite a ways a way from home. Weekly trips wouldn't be an issue. The issue however is..... our family friend is a hunter and he has a "few" game cams on the land in various locations. I have no idea when he moves them or if they're even out. Any ideas? I could be a counter spy and survey my area with cameras first. He has clear view of the land but I don't know if he watches that closely. We always tell him were there so he knows it's us.

Use the land as a base and walk off of it for your garden. If there is a lot of wildlife, DEER, they will eat most of your crop until it gets bigger. Can you go to adjoining land that is farmed. A hunter will probably find it in a 100 acre piece of property.
