Seriously dumb question, but I'm having a moment.
I plant 2 plants at the same time. One finishes earlier, by a week or two, so you harvest and plant the next. The second plant finishes, so harvest and plant another. So on and so forth... Basically you have 2 plants and every time one finishes, you plant a new while keeping the still "in progress" plant.
This would make a perpetual garden since I would always have at least one plant going, right?
It's in my notes like this (maybe someone else has a better idea what exhausted me meant):
plant --> harvest --> plant
. plant --> harvest --> plant
plant --> harvest --> plant
. plant --> harvest --> plant
plant --> harvest --> plant
. plant --> harvest --> plant
