I have little white bugs that attach themselves to the stock and underside of leaves. They have just went into flower maybe a week not even. Is it safe to use insecticidal soap? Or is there another way.

Soap is still ok there are other options like water and high pressure sprayer to blast them off both sides of leaves good luck.

High pressure like a hose pressure or like a pressure washer pressure lol. I'm assuming the first one.

Both are fine.Hose them maybe easier but high pressure hand sprayer you can add your soap to it.

Not a power washer that will cut the leaves up or kill them.Hand pump only.

I had some bugs like yours pretty much eliminated them with cleaning and attention to the issue.

Safer soap is one that highly recommended.
