PHOTO URL problems

Hey i been trying for a while now and i cant get the URL right. i went through the whole process a couple times and i have pics in the member galleries but when i click the little yellow boxwith the mountain in it the box comes up, i put in the URL i am provided with and its not workin out so any help would be pretty sick latas
