Please help 1 sick plant out of 4?

the pH of the runoff water has nothing to do with anything. Think of coffee in a percolator ... the runoff has dragged all the broken down organics, salts from the nutes, carbon and anything else that is mobile out with it... of course its pH is different than what you put in. The very low readings just say that there is a lot of peat in there that has broken down... totally normal. Now stop playing with all the water and trying to fix a soil that is not broken, and feed the poor thing.
