Rat gnawed the stem

Hey guys, I have a pet rat and I let this little fu**** run around the house a bit, only to find him gnawing on my plants
They are automatic afghan kush on the 5th week, here's how the stem looks, is there anything I can do to help the plant heal?? Can I still save them?


This one isn't as bad, the other half of the stem is intact.

This other one however is pretty f'ed up, both sides of the stem have been chewed

Thanks!! Just finished topping it up, I do happen to have some H2O2 laying around, I'll check it up tomorrow and use it if necessary, thanks for the help! I'm more calm now

As long as the friendly rat did not 'girdle' the stem by gnawing the bark off all the way around then the plant should recover.

Rats are great pets. I've had them, friends had them, my kids all had them. Be warned, rats will find a way to get in your stash. They love the stems, seeds and buds. Only thing they will leave behind on your rolling tray is little hairs and black tic tacks.

I know the feeling. Ijust had a mouse eat one seedling and mangle another. Rodent problem is over shall I say.
