Im 5 wks into flowering with meter tall plants in 4.5 ltr pots their in cocco im pretty sure their root bound, what would happen if i transplanted them into bigger pots at this stage and would it be worth it.
And how do you go about transplanting them into bigger pots cheers.

I'd do it. Go slow, be careful and all should be great. Use a light b-1 solution to calm any stress that might appear.
To transplant...let the plant get to where it needs to be watered. Lighter plants are easier to transplant at that size. Loosen the plant in the old container. Get your new container ready. Then grasp the plant at the stem where it meets the coco and pull it out and stick it into your new container. if it's root bound the roots will hold the coco together. Fill in the rest and water with the b-1 solution. Good luck

Got sum 14 ltr pots and transplanted fingers crossed.
might be stupid question but what do reckon root bound?

I would say that either your pots too small, or your plant has been growing in it too long. It usually took us 2-3 growing cycles before ours did that, then we had to trim it off. :smokin:
