Recommend efficient lamp for a small 60cm x 60cm x 140cm box (LED)

Can you please send me a link to what you think is the best bulb for a small 60cm x 60cm x 140cm grow box.

I prefer to get a LED lamp because they will be cheaper to run, but I know that LED lamps have to be selected carefully for quality.

It will be used for 1 - 2 plants each up to a meter long.

Need it to be deliverable in Europe.
