Small cupboard light needs?

Overnight an under light the seedling has straightened up,
Now showing the first true leaves

Well one of the seeds was a dud.. Boo hoo !!

I popped another into a cup of water to start to germinate, to replace it..

All was going well until i came back into the kitchen to find
that my wife has tidied the kitchen and poured my seed down the bloody sink !!!!
She said i will buy you a new pack .... Gutted..

On the plus side the auto#1 is doing great guns

Had a slight move on the bulb position today aswell

I have been giving the extra light for flowering alot of thought
over the last 3 days.

My question is this ,

I think i shall go for 2 multi e27 unit. One for each side.. I intend to use them for boosting the red spectrum light during flowering.
As you can get both cfl/ led bulbs for this fitting which would be best ??
