Seed Trading? Allowed Or Forbidden Here?

I was just thinking, are we allowed to exchange seeds on the forum? I typically end up with a few left over as I like to grow new strains every grow..

Obviously it's completely at our own risk giving our/an address out, and not receiving the other persons seeds etc, but is it allowed by forum rules?
