Serrated part of leaf turning in

Hi everyone.

One or two of the serrated parts of the first 2 leafs(after the cotyledons)on my cannabis plant are turning in. There's 4 other smaller leaves that seem fine

Does anyone know why this is?

She's currently in the veg stage at about 3 weeks,could it be that the light is too close? It's about 4 inches away.

4 inches from the plant...iv raised the light by another 4 unnecessary so it's 8 away and ensured the fan is blowing over her,iv read it might be due to the heat from the light burning it

I mean what light is it that is 4" (or 8") away from the plant?
CFL = good or too far away
LED or HPS = instant death
Other = ???

Oh sorry....its a 250 wt cfl light
