SOG set up question with lighting

I'm not privy to lighting or fixtures, but how exactly do I raise a metal halide lamp?

I'm growing in my closet and I need a light that I can raise for my Mother room. Does the ballast or fixture raise or lower?

rope, string, chains...... are a few ways to do it.

Personally I use a 20 pound metal chain one on each side, it is heat resistant, can also be a heat sink, easy to modify the height with just a few hooks for your light fixture. The space between the chains are your best places for the hooks to go into for height adjustment. Warp up the access length for future use during seedling/clone stage.
