Soil Recommendation Please

Hey guys,

1st time grower here.

I've been hearing a lot about what type of soil to use and how you don't need to pH your soil if you have a 100% built organic system with living microbial life etc. The microbes will apparently adjust the pH where necessary so it's unnecessary to have a pH meter and ph up/down kit ?

Please can I have your thoughts on this ?

Once the plants get to 3 weeks, do you still feed in terms of nutes ? How does that work ? As nutes have to set to a certain pH before feeding ?

I use standard fox farm ocean forest. My ph remains around 7 the whole time using their bottled nutes. U mix the nutes and then test ph and adjust accordingly. Shouldn't have to nutes for like the first month when using FF.
