Some HPS questions.

Well I picked up some HPS security lights at some flea market. One is a 70 watt, and one is a 150. The 70 has 2 power wires, and no ground. Is it still safe to use, or is it grounded in some other way?

Now, the 150 watt didnt come with an ignitor. Could I just use a spare ignitor I have laying around to wire this one up, or do I need to hook it up some other way?

the flea market??? i hope they were new. hps ligts deteriorate and should be replace at about 6-9 months of useage.

I mean I can get new bulbs for them, that's not a problem. I'm just wondering if the're usable.
