Some one please help

So I have a 2000w phlizon full spec light I've germinated the seeds I want to grow. Planted one in soil the other rockwool. Yet nothing has happened they have not sprouted. I'm wondering if the lights not high enough or if I need it closer and generally how long it takes for the seeds to sprout once germinated. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If they haven't sprouted, leave them in the dark. When they sprout, give them light.

When did you first plant your seeds it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks for some seeds to start popping plus you don't need light on your seeds till they pop threw the grow medium and you can see them up out of the soil or whatever grow medium you are using most will pop up above ground in 5 to 7 days. Also there are tons of helpful grow guides on this forum that can answer a lot of your growing questions you might have.... Good luck with your grow!
