Something new

I have a plant that is showing some kind of odd growth. I had something that caused a lot of leaves to yellow and die, and looked like they had been poisoned but they are recovering and now this "growth " on a lot of the stems. Have any of you seen this, and is it going to kill the plant? My plants are in the basement, in a grow room, with just LED lights. I do struggle with powdery mildew, but am keeping it under control. I only feed with a mild fish fertilizer every other week.

I don't know, I'm trying to find out. Several limbs has this growth on it, its hard, and bumpy..

kinda reminds me of some fungus that grow on trees here, they’re parasitic,
But i haven’t seen one that grows like that, so I’m guessing it might be something similar to that but idk.
