strange leaves problems

Hi all this is my first post,you know why there are strange fold on the leaves of these 2 hawaiian skunk e diesel ryder and how can i add humidity to my grow room,normally is 30% and 75° 125x130x210 cooltube with MH400 for veg,distance is 35-40 cm.
