Swing and a miss?

Ive been growing these since May 26. I switched my grow lights to 12/12 on July 12 (into week 14 now). Im using a hydro setup and flora trio for nutes.

The seeds came from a friend who saves them when he finds in his bag so i dont know the strain. The plant resembles an indica in appearance, however.

It’s my first grow and I cant tell if these trics are white or clear. Sorry for the poor lighting pics! 14 weeks seems like a long time and im wondering if its just a really slow grow or if i missed something and they should already be harvested?

im using this light in a 2x2x6ft bo i made myself:Hytekgro LED Grow Light 45W Plant...

The problem is your light way not enough powefull

Thats what I’m thinking. You guys think it will get there with the light i have and just take longer or will it sputter out and die?

Likely will get there just wait
Did my first grow with weak twisty fluorescent bulbs and took 16 weeks upgraded to cmh 315 w and made big difference in my 2x3 ft set up
Light is very weak need more par .
Get a new light for your next grow
