The wind too strong?

I just put a fan in the closet but i dont know the specs. Its a common 2 by 2 fan with three speed settings and its on the lowest setting sitting no more than a inch or so sideways from the plants and the wind is blowing off the walls to the plant and it moves just a little against the wind. Is this bad if it looks like its trembling a little bit with the wind?

you want it to move a little bit, (not way too much) it will make the stem stroger to hold more wieght.

One of the leaves on my plants is starting to twist a bit. I think it might be heat stress. What do yall think? It might lack nutrients as well, but not exactly at the moment seeing it wasn't in there no more than a week now and it probably won't last too long. I'll post the soil specs once i find them. As for the pics, there not all great from a phone.

4 inch pots
unknown strain
under two 4 foot cool light flur.

I used this piece of glass to block only some of the wind and ya might think the glass might mess with the lights and fool with the plants?

the stem is even a little bent out of shape so i lifted the lights a bit to stretch em a bit.

its is no more than 2 inches and I had risen it a inch yesterday because it looked lanky and a little bent. Yes rising the light would make it stretch towards the light, but it was already pretty close and didnt want to move them to the point they were touching so i lifted the lights to straighten it out. any other suggestions?
