thin buds....

i am in the middle of week 7 in 12/12 1.60height of the plant.
green spirit is the species.not my first grow.
i am doing everything like i do in all my last grow give fertilization in the amount .
but all i see is thin buds with red and ginger hair not real fat bud.
i start the ripen stage for 10 days and after thet 10 days of flash and dry.
can i smoke it after and be an high and feel the good taste ?
