Top new bud leaves dying

so i watered yesterday with water that has being left in a bucket full of manure like i do every-time only to find today that the new bud leaves on the top of 3 bud sites are dying and turning dark
is it a nutrient burn ? i'm thinking i might overfed
or is it a mold or a bug or whatever?
ps: the plant never had a problem and still looks fine from top to bottom.

the other pictures show the problem i faced today

Fresh manure? Seems like that would be very (nutrient) hot for plants....hard to tell from the photos, but if that little browning on the bud is what I think it is I would say be careful of bud rot...how is your humidity?

it's dry out here, around 25% relative humidity
i checked today and was glad to see it hasn't progressed

@ 25% not going to be bud rot...did any of the manure water get on the buds??

just some droplets of water from the top covering for dark cycle covering
the touch of the dark spots feels dry with pistils turning brown and new leaves dying
hopefully it does not progress
