Transplanting Question?

Hi, Have been searching in the "Frequently Asked Questions" About my question. And Im having a hard time trying to find the answer???? I have a question about TRANSPLANTING. I wanted to know if its OK to transplant a female that has already been flowering for 3weeks today, into a bigger grow container? Or will that not affect the yield in anyway?
