Trouble with wiring to new Mars TS600

My new TS600 is a nice light but it glows dimly even when the switch on the multi-plug and/or the timer is in the off position. This panel is very sensitive because I never noticed this on other lights or devices. Is it a short into the common on my wiring, other circuits do not do this but I am having a hard time tracking down the problem. Thanks

Did you use a timer?

Yes, but the light glows on the multi plug with or without the timer.
