Urgently needing help

If it's snapped clean off then best to try and root it as a clone. If it's still attached by some stem material then you can try splinting it. I just grab a twig or something like a thin stick- usually 3-6" long. A large toothpick, wooden skewer, whatever. I lay the splint parallel against the plant stem, centered on the broken spot. Take a pipe cleaner. (or string or whatever- tape works but it's hell to unstick after), tie the lower section first by doing a few wraps around the stem and the splint, till it's firmly attached, then prop the upper section into place and tie that up next.
