Using nutes at 1/4 strength

I WAS WONDERING IF I USE NUTES AT 1/4 STRENGTH DOES IT DROP THE PERCENTAGE DOWN. SO IF I HAVE A 20/20/20 AND USE 1/4 STRENGTH does it make it 5/5/5? i have some 20/20/20 with micro nutes that i want to use but I've been told that its really strong stuff. so i want to know if i drop it to 1/4 am i using 5/5/5 and is that still to strong to use on a plant that is in veg.

youll cut it down as long as lets say it says to use the 20/20/20 at 10 ml a gallon for example
and you use 2.5 ml per gallon hence cutting it down 75% to 25%

depends how small they are
in hydro the first week as a seedling I use about 1/4 strength nutes
even if I upped the nutes would make no sense as the thing only has a taproot
no sense in overdoing it its not like ittle be able to intake it all in one week
I use botanicares pro grow in veg its a 3-2-4
yea I use about 1/2 to quarters strength on the nutes
I use a measuring shotglass not using a syringe so im not dead on with my measurements

if its the 20/20/20 go 1/4 should be ok
you can even start at 1/8 strength and work up from there
