Vietnam B?

Hey guys i just got a little question hear. Why do poeple say B vietnams work for passing a test? Is it just so you dont get ur urine to dilluted? I have been on probation for 3 months and have not smoked sense. I run and excrise alot and im taking some Centrum multivietnams So i should be good right? im 6'2 about 266Lbs
