Without the hps light on its more or less dark in my grow area but I will try add a few natural light pics soonCan you take a pic without the HPS lights, so we can see the natural colors?
Pictures aren't great I should of zoomed in moreOk cool, that will tell a lot more.
Found some little flies I suspect are eating at the leaves causing holes is there any good way to kill them off? Potassium deficiency? Could it be from over feeding and nutes burn? The yellowing looks like Potassium deficiency.
Yes you could be right well I'm going to switch to a plant food high in N and K and then check pH medium before feeding and after feeding and also check run off pH. I would do the sand thing but I'm going to try eliminate the little flies altogether. If the feeding becomes unbalanced you could lock out potassium. Neem would be my first choice but you can mix up an alcohol/water mixture at 1:4 ratio and spray. Cover your coco/soil with sand will also keep them from breeding.
New nutes are NPK 8-2-6, with nutes in water pH was 6.5, soil pH before nutes were added was 6.8-7 after feeding soil pH had drop to around 6? Didn't bother testing runoff. Do you think its worth trying to raise the soil pH back to 6.8?Sounds like a plan then.
