Waiting for my LED's can I start 12/12 with my veg light?

Ok well there was slight delay getting my LED grow lights, but I know they will be here on Wednesday this week, i was hoping to start flower this week-end. Would it be ok to just start the 12/12 under the veg light (4 foot x 8 t-5) with 6 plants until the LED show up? Or should I just wait till the get here? I'll be at 4 weeks on my veg now.
