Watering after light rain

Should I feed my plants after a light rain fall or do I wait till the medium is dry? ladies are a lil droopy but nothing serious

a light rain would be ok, because the top spreader roots will quickly draw that up and be ready for more. The lower feeder roots probably havent seen wet yet... and they would appreciate the feed.
