Watering Question

After germ. and planting the seed in soil. How often do you need to water the pot from that point on, even tho it hasn't poped out the soil yet ?

Not much even at that point. A lot of growers over water their plants. It's best to go with a wet-dry cycle. Water your plant then wait till the soil is dry when you stick your finger in it, then water.

You should water it after putting it in the soil. It depends how deep you put the seed but it should pop within 3-4 days.

oh ok yea thats what i did was water it after i planted it. But i planted it deep enough so that i can see the very top of the seeds surface, so that i can see time by time if its done anything or not.

How many inches does the light have to be hanging from the pot, before the seed has sprouted out the soil ?

At this point light does nothing. The seed isn't deep enough, you should put your finger in the soil up to the first bend in your finger. Put the seed with the sprout side up in then lightly cover with soil. This sounds like you should start germing a new seed and start over.

start over for what? the seed just cracked open yesterday.

I just planted it little deeper just now and put the white thing pointing downwards towards the soil, then covered it. I also lowered my light down some more for some more warmth. Hopes it pops out soon.
