Weird growing progress of 2 fem white widows

So I'm growing 5 fem white widows, 3 of them are doing great, but 2 are growing somewhat weird, hard to explain in words honestly, i'll just add pics of both of them.

They are under a 400w MH with proper extraction and ventilation.

I know the soil is not the best as I was in a hurry and just bought normal soil on a shop, could that be the issue? all other 3 on the same soil are doing excellent.

the soil is too dense,she need extreme energy do make good roots.
