I def had fungus gnats but this looks diff. Like an aphid. See the little green egg above it? What do you all think it is? Thank You.

He didn't act shy at all. I didn't see him crawl or fly. Never seen anything like it. Green eggs everywhere. Neem killed them all. I caught it early.
