What else do I need for a solid grow?

I am about to move and want to get my grow going by early October. I have one grow under my belt, but was under a tight budget and it was crappy DIY skills. What other equipment do I need to have a good grow with a good harvest?

Stuff I have:
GL40 Grow tent 1.4'x1.4'x3.11'
100w Advanced LED Diamond Series
PH Meter
Superthrive
CFLs for side lighting (100 watts)
Thermometer/Hydrometer
5 SnowRyder Seeds
10 Auto Assassin Seeds

Stuff on the list:
Jack's Classic Duo Fertilizer
4in inline fan with carbon filter
DIY PVC CFL Rig (Stevehman's design)
Microscope for seeing trichs
Trimming clippers
Containers (unsure of size)
Perlite (hempy buckets)

i would say. another inline fan so u can blow new air in, a oscillating fan to circulate air & steam strength, ,

Oh yeah I forgot to add the little 6in circulating fan and my 5 SnowRyder and 10 Auto Assassin Seeds. I planned to just use a passive air intake.

Consider getting these following items:

-PPM meter
-Grow container (what size?)

Some kind of growing medium, be it perlite, hydroton, coco, soil, et cetera is a must unless you plan on growing bare-root.

If you do not plan on using tap water than an RO or distillation machine (or lots of jugs to tote back and forth to the store) is a good idea.
