I'm inclined to say this is a mite. Although I've never seen them this color. Bright yellow. Excuse the pic it's the best I can do. But it does capture the color.
What is this?

Hard to tell-looks sort of like an aphid,but they're usually black or light green-
If you've got a loupe,you could count the legs-a spider mite will have 8 ,aphids have 6
it looks kind of big to be a mite.

That's what I thought. Awfully big. The color of a predatory mite though.
There are a lot of types of mites-spidermites are just the tip of the iceberg...
Hopefully he's the only one.
