Looks like a larvae of some kind, anything flying around your grow space? I'd throw up some sticky pads.

I had some fungus gnats but their larvae stays in soil and I got rid of them.

Finally identified it! It's a stink bug exoskeleton. Lol I dont know where the stink bug is though.
