I was wondering What size (watts) HPS setup in a cabin 6" long, 3" wide, and 4" tall (light being 5" from ground) would you need to flower about 18, 2" tall plants? Thank you.

I'm going to assume you mean feet, not inches. ' stands for feet. " stands for inches.
Flowering 18 plants in a space that size, I would say a 400w or 600w would be perfect. However, you will need to think about serious ventillation to keep the heat down. The smaller 250w systems will run cooler, but IMO will not have the power to cover that many plants efficiently.

If im counting the feet right i think youd have about 2 feet between the light and plants if your pots are about one foot high, with proper exhaustion i think a 600w is what id go for.
Used a 600 myself in a 3,5x4x6 foot space with no problems after i invested in a 352m3/s extractor.
