What week am I in?

I put the germed seeds in around 1-24, my girls are about 6-8 inches high. I guess my question is when do I start counting my time? When do they graduate from seedlings & cuttings to Week1? Second set of true leaves? read something about that, not sure though.

thats totally up to you bro, it all depends on how big you want your plants to be and how much space you have, most people start thier time when they switch cycles to 12/12.

What I mean is when do I count the seedlings as week 1 of veg? If these seedlings were planted on 1-24 what week of veg am I in?
