What's happening?

I was in the hospital 6 days, I come back the soil is wet no grow lights on and the one leaf is dry and curled. What they did while I was gone I don't know, but the know NOTHING about cannabis. The grow lights were off they never take it outside I am pissed. What is going on and how do I fix?

Looks over watered. Your leaves are hanging heavy and downward compared to their stems. I would put them back under lights and no water until they are completely dry. I bet they'll be fine. Looks like you topped this one?

Yup. What the person above me said! They should recover. Root issues would be my concern long term but you should be fine.

I was in the hospital 6 days and they didn't water it (I drenched b4 I went). When I came back it was water brownish, so it was nutes in the water. She left it inside in weak sunlight from a window(see pic), that's bad enough, OH NO, She NEVER turned on the freaking, grow lights!!! I think this would have made the plants brow and the roots use a LOT more water.
