What happens to broken roots

Hey I just transplanted my plants and I broke some of the roots on two plants. Just what to know if I can fix it or are they bound to die now.

You can't fix it. They'll be fine.

It's almost inevitable you're going to break a few when you transplant. As MM stated you will be fine. It may slow them down a bit until the recover but they will.

As a rule,
the end roots =no problem
The major root ball= could be problem, depending on how much, usually recovers after a week or two

I break the feeders all the time when transplanting. I'm very careful but it happens. It will however, slow the growth of the plant but new roots will form and it will recover. Nothing to be worried about.

Two days almost and she’s still slouched over this is one of the broken ones. I also did kind of break it at the top where the root starts. not the bottom bunch. Should I just toss her ..

I would give her some time to heal.
Unless she dries up, she still has life in her.

Kind of feeling dry and a leaf broke just now.

Is the stem dry? Or does it still feel moist, some how.?
