When should I start tabbing my plant?

Do you mean topping?

If you mean topping I would give it til 6 or 7 nodes then cut back to node 3 or for. Once those become established then top and it's called mainlineing. And you'll get 8 good tops and a lot of fill in branches

i topped my plants at 3rd node, when they was about the same size as yours now. You can see how they look in my signature if you want to.

I agree with topping at the 4th node. Mine were topped at the 4th and then i topped again after it grew another 3 nodes on the branches that formed from first topping.
