When to switch nutes

Hey! I tried to search this topic but came up dry, which is odd....

Anyway this (as most here know) is my first grow and so far so good. My question pertains to when I should be switching my nutes from veg to bloom? The plants are outdoors in 5 gallon buckets, Indica photo period. I'm in the northern hemisphere and the plants have been in flower stage for almost two weeks.

Any advice is appreciated.

I introduce bloom nutes around the 2nd week after the flip. This is when veg actually stops and bloom has actually begun. As @Growings said, it looks like you are about there.
