I'm growing 4 AUTOS "3-AFGHAN SKUNK & 1- SKUNK" in a 4×4×7 HYDRO CRUNCH grow tent under a 600watt MH light, in FOX FARM HAPPY FROG soil... What's a good watering schedule? When should I start feeding FOX FARM TRIO?

Or, you could make sure your soil tilth is correct with plenty of aeration and in a proper size fabric pot.
Then its virtually impossible to overwater.
You also get less salt buildup.
If you're growing in soil then using salt based nutrients just makes the whole process a big clusterphuck of issues that's like dominoes, one mistake leads to another to another.
If you use salt based synthetic nutrients then it's best to use a very aerated virtually inert medium like Coco that you water thoroughly every day so you are less likely to get salt buildup and if you do it's easier to flush out.
